Can I get a refund for the DNA Allergy Relief Kit?
Yes. All I ask is that you request your refund within 10 days of receiving your order. And you must return the Photomedicine applicator light if you included this with your purchase.
I will refund your purchase price less shipping and handling charges. You may keep the DNA Allergy Relief Powerpoint eCourse (product) as my gift to you. However you are still bound by your agreement that this product must remain under buyer’s control and that resale or other transfers are explicitly prohibited.
Buyer acknowledges that this product is copyrighted and that Dr. Ted Edwards retains all title and ownership rights to the products. Buyer agrees not to copy or permit others to copy the product, in whole or in part. Buyer agrees not to reverse engineer the product.
I did a DNA Allergy Relief Clearing with you on the phone and it didn’t work. Can I get a refund?
Yes you can. If you are unsatisfied with a DNA Allergy Relief Phone Clearing done with me over the phone you may either ask to have the clearing done over again or request a full refund. Your refund request must be received within 10 days of the initial receipt of the clearing. This obviously cannot apply if you decide to do a subsequent clearing during this 10-day period of time.
Can I get a refund for a Nutritional Supplement or other Products Purchased from this Site?
I’m sorry, but that’s not possible. I do not have the means to accept returns, to charge you restocking fees, nor to issue either full or partial refunds. Please realize that this is not a commercial or retail outlet and that all nutritional sales are final.
