Thanks for the post! I was diagnosed today with Hashimoto’s Disease and a vitamin d deficiency. I’m being tested for Celiac Disease and waiting for resulst. I have had chronic low grade fevers every day from 10 AM – 4 PM, which my doctor’s cannot explain. Do you have any thoughts on what could be causing a fever? I have all the other symptoms: chronic fatigue, chills, general ache, joint pain (hips).
I started Levoxyl 5 days ago and have seen absolutely no improvement.
Any thoughts are welcomed.

your articles have been so useful. I have an under active thyroid and i have a dreadful reaction to gluten. I am agoraphobic and have frequent panic attacks. I have been tested for celiacs and that was negative. I am now producing signs of auto immune disorder type symptoms. I fall asleep for hours at a time. This is ruling my life at the moment. I have a terrible itch at night and so many other things that make me so fed up. I cant keep on like this. I keep going to the doctors and they say its because I have slow bowels. If you have any suggestions on how I can get this across to my g.p. I don’t feel I can go on much more. I can’t even walk round the block with my dogs without needing a sleep. The iron tablets that I have been given caused me to have continuous anxiety attacks so i don’t take them anymore. I am so pleased to read your information explaining that all these things are connected.

Absolutely!! This is what I used prior to discovering ultra super luminous diodes, which are far less expensive work excellently. As a sales rep for a few cold laser companies I found to my surprise and delight that the body doesn’t really care about the difference between coherent and non-coherent light. In fact, most of my clients could not feel the red laser when I applied it to their body, yet almost all of them – except a few dense guys – could. So, yes you can use a red laser to stimulate acupressure points, meridians, cells etc.

Panic attacks often start in children, like they did with me. My suffering started when I was at school, and were at their worst during exam times.

Panic disorder in children can be difficult to diagnose. This can lead to many visits to physicians and multiple medical tests which are expensive and potentially painful. When properly evaluated and diagnosed, panic disorder usually responds well to treatment. Children and adolescents with symptoms of panic attacks should first be evaluated by their family physician or pediatrician
Doctors will only prescribe medication in extreme cases because of possible side effects, so beware.Several types of treatment are effective. With new techniques the child may also learn new ways to control anxiety or panic attacks when they occur. With treatment, the panic attacks can usually be stopped. Early treatment can prevent the complications of panic disorder such as agoraphobia, depression and substance abuse.
